EASY Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs🍎🍏
These fun dessert bombs are full of fall flavors and so easy to make!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 cup apple pie filling (I use my homemade recipe)
1 1⁄8 cup White self-rising flour, 1 cup for dough, 1/8 cup to knead and roll out dough.
3⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener, powdered
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp apple pie spice (I use my homemade recipe)
¼ cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden
4 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt, melted
1 tsp olive oil to spritz top of dough and air fryer
Instructions:
Mix together 1 cup of flour, yogurt, vanilla and powdered sweetener until dough starts to form.
Knead for about 5 minutes.
Cut dough into 8 equal parts and roll out each part into roughly a 5 inch diameter circle.
Put 2 Tbsp apple pie filling in middle of circle.
Pull sides of dough up and together and pinch to close.
Spray air fryer tray with olive oil, place bombs in and spritz tops with olive oil.
Cook in air fryer at 400 for 4-5 minutes.
Remove from air fryer and brush melted butter spread.
Mix cinnamon and Lakanto together and sprinkle on top. If baking in the oven, bake at 425 for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and follow same steps with butter spread and topping as air fryer instructions.
