A buffalo chicken twist on the 2-Ingredient dough bombs!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt, divided

  • 1 1⁄8 cup White self-rising flour

  • 4 Tbsp Low fat cream cheese

  • 2 Tbsp Hot sauce

  • 6 oz, shredded (about 1 1/2 cups)

  • Skinless chicken breast

  • 1⁄4 cup Shredded carrots

  • 2 Tbsp, thinly sliced Uncooked scallions

  • 2 Tbsp, thinly sliced Uncooked celery

  • 2 oz, crumbled Blue cheese

  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten

  • 1⁄2 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1⁄2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place cream cheese and ¼ cup yogurt in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High until cream cheese softens, 30 to 45 seconds.

  2. Stir in hot sauce.

  3. Add chicken, carrot, scallions, celery, and blue cheese; stir well to combine.

  4. Stir together flour and remaining 1 cup yogurt in a medium bowl until well combined.

  5. Knead dough for 2-5 minutes.

  6. Cut dough into 8 equal pieces.

  7. Roll each piece of dough into a 5-inch circle.

  8. Divide chicken mixture evenly among dough circles, about 2 generous tablespoons each.

  9. Pull edges of dough up and over filling and pinch edges to seal. (If dough tears, simply pinch it back together.)

  10. Brush dough balls with egg, and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder and black pepper.

  11. Air fry for about 5 minutes at 400 or Bake in the oven at 425 for about 15 minutes.

  12. Enjoy!
