2 Ingredient Dough Cheeseburger Bombs

These cheeseburger bombs are another fun way to use the two ingredient pizza dough. They are delicious and the whole family will love them!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups self rising flour (1 cup for dough and the 1/4 cup to knead and roll out dough with)

  • 1 cup Fat free Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup 50% reduced fat cheddar cheese

  • 8 oz lean ground beef or turkey

  • 1 lg egg

  • 1 medium onion chopped finely

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened dill relish or pickles chopped

  • 4 tsp mustard

Instructions:

  1. Cook meat and onion in a medium sized frying pan on med/high heat until meat is browned and onion is softened.

  2. Salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Mix 1 cup of flour with Greek yogurt until well combined.

  4. Knead dough for about 5 minutes.

  5. Once dough is well kneaded, cut into 8 equal parts and roll out each part into roughly a 5 inch diameter circle.

  6. Put about 1 Tbsp of cheese in the middle of the dough, followed by 4 Tbsp of meat mixture, 1/2 Tbsp of relish and 1/2 tsp mustard.

  7. Pull sides of dough up and together and pinch to close.

  8. Place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  9. Brush balls with slightly beaten egg.

  10. Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes.

  11. Serve with mustard.

  12. Enjoy!
