A Philly twist on the 2 ingredient dough bombs!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups self rising flour (1 cup for dough and the 1/4 cup to knead and roll out dough with)

  • 1 cup Fat free Greek yogurt

  • 4 oz chopped beef lunch meat

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped

  • 4 slices Velveta cheese slices

  • 2 slices provolone cheese

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp Jarred minced garlic

  • 1⁄4 tsp Black pepper

  • Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Cook peppered onion and bell pepper in large pan on medium high heat until softened.

  2. Add garlic and cut up beef and cook for a couple of minutes.

  3. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir in and let cook for a minute or two.

  4. Remove from heat and set aside.

  5. Mix 1 cup of flour with Greek yogurt until well combined.

  6. Knead dough for about 5 minutes.

  7. Once dough is well kneaded, cut into 8 equal parts and roll out each part into roughly a 5 inch diameter circle.

  8. Put 1 half of a piece of Velveta cheese and 1/4 of a slice of provolone in the middle of the dough, followed by about 1/4 cup of meat mixture.

  9. Pull sides of dough up and together and pinch to close.

  10. Place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  11. Pray lightly with olive oil or cooking spray.

  12. Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes.

  13. Enjoy!
