Philly Bombs
A Philly twist on the 2 ingredient dough bombs!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups self rising flour (1 cup for dough and the 1/4 cup to knead and roll out dough with)
1 cup Fat free Greek yogurt
4 oz chopped beef lunch meat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
4 slices Velveta cheese slices
2 slices provolone cheese
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Jarred minced garlic
1⁄4 tsp Black pepper
Olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
Cook peppered onion and bell pepper in large pan on medium high heat until softened.
Add garlic and cut up beef and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce and stir in and let cook for a minute or two.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Mix 1 cup of flour with Greek yogurt until well combined.
Knead dough for about 5 minutes.
Once dough is well kneaded, cut into 8 equal parts and roll out each part into roughly a 5 inch diameter circle.
Put 1 half of a piece of Velveta cheese and 1/4 of a slice of provolone in the middle of the dough, followed by about 1/4 cup of meat mixture.
Pull sides of dough up and together and pinch to close.
Place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Pray lightly with olive oil or cooking spray.
Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes.
