Welcome, fellow food enthusiast! I’m Alicia Lynn, a lightened-up recipe creator and cooking YouTuber with a passion for healthy, satisfying meals to fit and fuel a healthy lifestyle!

My husband and I have been using Weight Watchers since 2010, and through my experience with the program, I’ve developed a love of cooking recipes that are lower in calories and WW points but still delicious!
