Easy Air Fryer Pizza Bombs

These easy air fryer pizza bombs hit the spot when you are craving pizza but don’t want all the calories and points!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • One batch of 2 ingredient pizza dough: 1 1/8 cup self rising flour (1 cup for dough, 1/8 cup for kneading) 3/4 cup Nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 8 tsp marinara sauce

  • 1/2 cup Part skim mozzarella

  • 16 slices turkey pepperoni

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic

  • olive oil to spray the air fryer

Instructions:

  1. To make the dough, mix the flour and yogurt together.

  2. Knead for about 5 minutes.

  3. Cut dough into 8 equal parts and roll out each part into roughly a 5 inch diameter circle.

  4. Put 1 tsp marinara sauce in middle of circle, followed by 1 Tbsp mozzarella cheese.

  5. Place 2 slices of pepperoni on top.

  6. Pull sides of dough up and together and pinch to close.

  7. Brush egg on tops of dough balls and sprinkle with oregano and garlic.

  8. Spray air fryer tray with olive oil and cook in air fryer at 400 for 4-5 minutes. If baking in the oven, bake at 425 for about 15 minutes.

  9. Enjoy!
