Hawaiian Sheet-Pan Pizza- 2 ingredient Dough
2-Ingredient dough Hawaiian pizza!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 1⁄8 cup White self-rising flour, divided 3⁄4 cup
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1⁄4 tsp Granulated garlic
1 cup Homemade marinara sauce***I wasn't able to add this to the WW recipe builder so I tracked "simply nature marinara" which is close in points to my homemade.
1 1⁄4 cup Part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
12 slices Member's Mark Uncured Canadian bacon, chopped
1 cup fresh Pineapple, chopped and drained
1⁄2 tsp Dried oregano red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Make the dough by mixing together 1 cup of the flour with the Greek yogurt and garlic until it resembles dough.
Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
Roll out dough to roughly the size of a cookie sheet 18X13.
Spritz pan with olive oil and form dough to sheet.
Spritz top of dough and bake at 425 for about 5 minutes to get a "seal" on the dough.
Spread marinara sauce evenly on dough followed by mozzarella, Canadian bacon and pineapple.
Sprinkle on dried oregano and pepper flakes if desired.
Bake another 15-20 minutes at 425.
