Hawaiian Sheet-Pan Pizza- 2 ingredient Dough

2-Ingredient dough Hawaiian pizza!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1⁄8 cup White self-rising flour, divided 3⁄4 cup

  • Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 1⁄4 tsp Granulated garlic

  • 1 cup Homemade marinara sauce***I wasn't able to add this to the WW recipe builder so I tracked "simply nature marinara" which is close in points to my homemade.

  • 1 1⁄4 cup Part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 12 slices Member's Mark Uncured Canadian bacon, chopped

  • 1 cup fresh Pineapple, chopped and drained

  • 1⁄2 tsp Dried oregano red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Make the dough by mixing together 1 cup of the flour with the Greek yogurt and garlic until it resembles dough.

  2. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.

  3. Roll out dough to roughly the size of a cookie sheet 18X13.

  4. Spritz pan with olive oil and form dough to sheet.

  5. Spritz top of dough and bake at 425 for about 5 minutes to get a "seal" on the dough.

  6. Spread marinara sauce evenly on dough followed by mozzarella, Canadian bacon and pineapple.

  7. Sprinkle on dried oregano and pepper flakes if desired.

  8. Bake another 15-20 minutes at 425.

  9. Enjoy!
