Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte

This Pumpkin Spice Latte is so good and also low in points so you can satisfy that coffee craving without any guilt. It is rich and creamy and full of Fall flavors

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree

  • 4 packets or about 2 tsp calorie free sweetener

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 4 tsp instant espresso coffee

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat on medium heat, whisking frequently until hot but not boiling.

  2. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice if you wish. 1 Tbsp of whipped cream adds 1 point

  3. Enjoy!
