Cheddar Bay Drop Biscuits
I saw this recipe on the WW website and I had to try it out! While I wouldn't say they taste just like the Cheddar Bay biscuits from Red Lobster that we all know and love, they are still really good and something I will definitely be making again!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 cups self rising flour
2 1/2 cups fat free plain Greek yogurt
2 oz reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup chopped parsley 2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder)
Instructions:
Stir together flour, sugar, garlic and chili powder.
Stir in parsley and cheese.
Stir in yogurt until a dough forms.
Drop by roughly 1/4 cup amounts onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
Brush with melted butter.
Enjoy!
