Cheddar Bay Drop Biscuits

I saw this recipe on the WW website and I had to try it out! While I wouldn't say they taste just like the Cheddar Bay biscuits from Red Lobster that we all know and love, they are still really good and something I will definitely be making again!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self rising flour

  • 2 1/2 cups fat free plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 oz reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

  • 2 Tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley 2 Tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder)

Instructions:

  1. Stir together flour, sugar, garlic and chili powder.

  2. Stir in parsley and cheese.

  3. Stir in yogurt until a dough forms.

  4. Drop by roughly 1/4 cup amounts onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.

  6. Brush with melted butter.

  7. Enjoy!
