Skinny Peppermint Mocha Latte
I tried out the WW version of a Peppermint Mocha Latte. These decadent drinks are rich and full of flavor but low in points!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 Tbsp calorie free sweetener (I used Truvia)
2 tsp cocoa powder 2 Tbsp instant espresso coffee
1/8 tsp peppermint extract Peppermint stick
2 Tbsp fat free cool whip
Instructions:
Add almond milk, sweetener, cocoa powder, and instant espresso coffee to a small saucepan and heat on medium heat, whisking frequently until hot but not boiling.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed peppermint stick.
Enjoy!
