Skinny Peppermint Mocha Latte

I tried out the WW version of a Peppermint Mocha Latte. These decadent drinks are rich and full of flavor but low in points!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp calorie free sweetener (I used Truvia)

  • 2 tsp cocoa powder 2 Tbsp instant espresso coffee

  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract Peppermint stick

  • 2 Tbsp fat free cool whip

Instructions:

  1. Add almond milk, sweetener, cocoa powder, and instant espresso coffee to a small saucepan and heat on medium heat, whisking frequently until hot but not boiling.

  2. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed peppermint stick.

  3. Enjoy!
