Easy Coleslaw
Lightened up coleslaw that uses Greek yogurt instead of mayo!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
16 oz bag of coleslaw
2/3 cup greek yogurt
4 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp calorie free sweetener
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients but the coleslaw and mix until incorporated.
Stir in coleslaw.
Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours before eating.
Enjoy!
