Lightened up coleslaw that uses Greek yogurt instead of mayo!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz bag of coleslaw

  • 2/3 cup greek yogurt

  • 4 Tbsp vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp calorie free sweetener

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, add all ingredients but the coleslaw and mix until incorporated.

  2. Stir in coleslaw.

  3. Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours before eating.

  4. Enjoy!
