Skinny English Sweet Pea Salad Recipe🫛

This Easy WW friendly side dish is low in points but full of flavor!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 -15 oz can sweet peas, drained ( I used LE SUEUR SWEET PEAS)

  • 2 large Boiled Eggs, chopped

  • 1/4- 1⁄2 cup, chopped red onion

  • 1 tsp Mustard

  • 1 Tbsp Sweet pickle relish

  • 2 Tbsp Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp Light mayonnaise

  • 1⁄8 tsp Table salt

  • 1⁄8 tsp Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, add in all ingredients, minus the peas, eggs and onions, and mix until well combined.

  2. Fold in peas, chopped eggs and chopped onions.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

  4. Enjoy!
