Buffalo Chicken Dip

This lightened up, healthier version of buffalo chicken dip is low in calories, WW points, and carbs, but high in protein! It makes a perfect game day appetizer or anytime appetizer.

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz Cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, shredded

  • 1⁄2 cup Texas Pete Original hot sauce

  • 1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 2⁄3 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese

  • 1⁄2 cup 2% Milk reduced fat sharp Cheddar shredded cheese

  • 1⁄4 cup Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

  • 2 oz Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese, divided

  • 1⁄4 cup Scallions(green onions), chopped, divided

  • 1 tsp Granulated garlic

  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, add all ingredients minus 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, 1 oz blue cheese and a few green onions. Mix until well combined.

  2. Spray a 9X9 baking dish with cooking spray and pour dip in.

  3. Smooth and top with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.

  4. Bake at 400F, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Top with remaining blue cheese and green onions.

  6. Enjoy!
