Buffalo Chicken Dip
This lightened up, healthier version of buffalo chicken dip is low in calories, WW points, and carbs, but high in protein! It makes a perfect game day appetizer or anytime appetizer.
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
16 oz Cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, shredded
1⁄2 cup Texas Pete Original hot sauce
1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
2⁄3 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese
1⁄2 cup 2% Milk reduced fat sharp Cheddar shredded cheese
1⁄4 cup Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
2 oz Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese, divided
1⁄4 cup Scallions(green onions), chopped, divided
1 tsp Granulated garlic
Cooking spray
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add all ingredients minus 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, 1 oz blue cheese and a few green onions. Mix until well combined.
Spray a 9X9 baking dish with cooking spray and pour dip in.
Smooth and top with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.
Bake at 400F, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.
Top with remaining blue cheese and green onions.
