Italian Pasta Salad

This easy cold pasta salad is one of our favorites!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz uncooked pasta

  • 4 light cheese sticks ( I used the Members mark light string cheese)

  • 32 slices or 56 grams of turkey pepperoni (I used the Aldi brand)

  • 3/4 cup fat free Italian dressing

  • 2.75 oz sliced black olives veggies of choice, I used 1 English cucumber, 1 red pepper and 1 red onion. Chop all veggies into small pieces.

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.

  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  3. Slice pepperoni and cheese into small pieces.

  4. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, adding the dressing last.

  5. Eat now or let set in the fridge for a few hours.

  6. Enjoy!
