Air Fryer Pasta Chips
I tried the WW website's recipe or version of the TikTok trending air fryer pasta chips and was not disappointed! They were really easy and very tasty!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 cups Uncooked pasta ( the recipe calls for chickpea but I used tri colored rotini, points may change depending on type of pasta you use.)
1 Tbsp Olive oil
6 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 1⁄2 tsp Italian seasoning salt
1⁄4 tsp, or to taste
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Boil the pasta until al dente (about 1 minute less than the package directions say.)
Drain.
Put the pasta in a medium sized bowl, add the oil and toss to coat.
Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and cheese.
Toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer, to 400°F.
Spray with cooking spray and place the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
I had to do two separate batches.
Cook at 400°F until lightly browned and crisp, shaking the basket halfway through.
The recipe said about 8 minutes for total cooking time, mine took between 6-7 minutes.
