How to Cook Frozen Chicken in the Crock-Pot

I have been cooking my chicken breast in large batches in the crock pot for easy meal prep and love how easy and fast it is to do. It takes less than 5 minutes to throw in the crockpot and a few hours later you have moist and healthy chicken on hand!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 3 large chicken breasts (1 pound each) , frozen or fresh 1/2 cup chicken broth You can also use water, wine or liquid of choice.

Instructions:

  1. Lay your chicken on bottom of crock pot.

  2. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth to crock pot.

  3. Put the lid on, set to low and cook until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165F. Mine took about 4 hours.

  4. Enjoy!
