Grilled Chili Lime Corn
I found this recipe years ago and have been making it ever since! This tasty corn is easy to make and a fun, tasty twist on grilled corn that pairs great with your BBQ meals!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
4 Corn on the cob
2 Tbsp Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Fresh lime juice
1 tsp Chili powder
2 Tbsp Dukes Light mayonnaise
Instructions:
Remove the silk from the corn without taking the husk off.
In a large bowl with cold water, add corn and let them soak for about 2 hours.
Put the corn on the grill on direct medium heat for about 15 minutes, rotating them occasionally.
Remove the corn and remove the husks.
Put back on the grill for another 5 minutes, rotating every minute.
For the sauce, mix together mayo and lime juice.
baste on the corn. Mix chili powder and parmesan together and sprinkle on the corn, rotating to get it completely covered.
