Easy fried rice!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Cooked long grain brown rice

  • 12 oz Season's Choice Steamed Frozen mixed vegetables

  • 5 oz Water chestnuts

  • 1⁄2 medium uncooked onion, chopped

  • 2 large Eggs

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

  • 3 Tbsp Low sodium soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tsp Ginger root

  • 1⁄4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in wok, cook onions until softened.

  2. Add in garlic and cook additional minute.

  3. Add in mixed veggies and water chestnuts and cook until heated through.

  4. Add in rice until it is heated through.

  5. Lower temp and push rice up sides of wok.

  6. Crack two eggs in the middle and scramble.

  7. Mix cooked eggs in with the rice.

  8. Mix ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil together and pour over rice, mix in well.

  9. Add pepper and salt to taste.

  10. Enjoy!
