Easy Skinny 7 Layer Taco Dip🌮

This lightened up taco dip is really easy to make and comes together in minutes. It makes for a perfect summer or anytime appetizer!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 32 oz Fat free refried beans

  • 10 oz Rotel Original diced tomatoes & green chilies

  • 1 1⁄2 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp Taco seasoning mix

  • 1 cup Homemade guacamole (Chipotle copycat guacamole)

  • 1⁄3 cup Cilantro

  • 1 1⁄2 cup Lucerne Finely shredded Mexican four cheese blend

  • 1 medium Tomato, chopped

  • 1⁄3 cup Scallion, chopped

  • 2 1⁄4 oz Great Value Sliced olives

Instructions:

  1. Add refried beans to a medium bowl and microwave about 30 seconds to soften.

  2. Add in rotel and cilantro and mix together.

  3. Spread bean mixture in the bottom of a 13X9 inch pan.

  4. Top with guacamole. In a small bowl, mix together greek yogurt and taco seasoning.

  5. Spread on top of guacamole.

  6. Sprinkle with cheese, tomato, drained olives and green onion.

  7. Enjoy!
