Copycat Chipotle Guacamole Recipe

This is a Copycat recipe for Chipotle's Guacamole. It is absolutely delicious and the only recipe I use for Guacamole! It is also really easy to make and comes together in minutes.

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • Two large avocados

  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion

  • 1/2 jalapeno with or without seeds depending on how hot you like it.

  • around 2 tsp of fresh lime juice or to taste

  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro chopped finely

  • salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mash up avocados and lime juice. I used a mortar and pestle but you can do this with a fork.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix in well.

  3. Enjoy!
