Easy Homemade Air Fryer Bagels

These air fryer bagels are so easy to make, starting with a two ingredient dough. They come together in minutes and are so good!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup self rising flour

  • 1 lightly beaten egg

  • You can leave them plain or use whatever toppings you wish. I used bagel seasoning (about 1/2 tsp per bagel) and low fat cheese (about a Tbsp each bagel).

Instructions:

  1. To make the dough, mix yogurt and flour together until dough starts to form.

  2. Lightly knead the dough, just until dough forms.

  3. Cut into 4 equal parts and roll into balls.

  4. Slightly flatten balls and poke hole into center.

  5. Brush with egg and cook at 400 for 8 minutes in air fryer. You can also bake in them in the oven at 450 for about 15 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
