Easy Homemade Air Fryer Bagels
These air fryer bagels are so easy to make, starting with a two ingredient dough. They come together in minutes and are so good!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 cup self rising flour
1 lightly beaten egg
You can leave them plain or use whatever toppings you wish. I used bagel seasoning (about 1/2 tsp per bagel) and low fat cheese (about a Tbsp each bagel).
Instructions:
To make the dough, mix yogurt and flour together until dough starts to form.
Lightly knead the dough, just until dough forms.
Cut into 4 equal parts and roll into balls.
Slightly flatten balls and poke hole into center.
Brush with egg and cook at 400 for 8 minutes in air fryer. You can also bake in them in the oven at 450 for about 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
