Easy Air Fryer Cinnamon Breadsticks

These easy, sweet, delicious breadsticks are so good and Easy to make! They make a great dessert breadstick. They start with the 2-ingredient dough that I love and have just a few additional ingredients. They are best in the air fryer but can be done in the oven as well.

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1⁄8 cup White self-rising flour, 1 cup for dough, 1/8 cup to knead and roll out dough.

  • 3⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener, powdered

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon

  • 2 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, classic

  • 3 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt, melted

  • olive oil to spritz top of dough and air fryer

Instructions:

  1. Mix together 1 cup of flour, yogurt, vanilla and powdered sweetener until dough starts to form.

  2. Knead for about 5 minutes.

  3. If doing in the air fryer, cut dough into 2 portions (or more if you have a small air fryer).

  4. Roll out dough to fit in your air fryer.

  5. If you are doing this in the oven, you can roll out dough into just one big square to roughly fit a cookie sheet.

  6. Preheat air fryer to 350 for about 3 minutes.

  7. Place dough in air fryer and spritz lightly with olive oil and air fry for 5-6 minutes.

  8. Remove from air fryer and brush with half of the melted butter spread.

  9. Mix cinnamon and Lakanto together and sprinkle half of it on top.

  10. Cut into desired sized bread sticks.

  11. For the oven, bake at 400 for about 15 minutes.

  12. Remove, brush with melted butter spread and sprinkle with cinnamon and Lakanto mixture.

  13. Enjoy!
