Easy Air Fryer Cheesy Italian Breadsticks

These easy, cheesy, delicious breadsticks are so good and definitely hit the spot when you are craving breadsticks! They start with the 2-ingredient dough, with added seasoning and then are topped with two cheeses and a garlicky butter spread. They are best in the air fryer but can be done in the oven as well.

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1⁄8 cups White self-rising flour

  • 3⁄4 cup Member's Mark Nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1⁄4 tsp granulated garlic

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning, divided

  • 1⁄2 cup Part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Finely Shredded Cheese

  • 3 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt

  • 1 tsp Minced garlic

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup four, Greek yogurt, granulated garlic, and 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning until dough starts to form.

  2. Remove and place on parchment paper and knead for 5 minutes, using more flour if necessary.

  3. Once kneaded, cut dough in half and roll out to fit air fryer. If you are doing this in the oven, you can roll out dough into just one big square to roughly fit a cookie sheet.

  4. Preheat air fryer to 350 for about 3 minutes.

  5. Place dough in air fryer and spritz top of dough with olive oil spray.

  6. Top with half of the mozzarella and parmesan and air fry for 5-6 minutes.

  7. For the oven, bake at 400 for about 15 minutes.

  8. While the dough is cooking, mix together melted butter spread and minced garlic.

  9. Once dough is cooked, brush with butter mixture, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and cut into desired sized bread sticks.

  10. Enjoy!
