Almond Milk Espresso
Tasty easy espresso drink that is zero points!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup Plain unsweetened almond milk
1⁄2 cup Water, warm
1 tsp Truvia Sweet complete brown calorie free sweetener
1⁄2 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tsp Espresso, instant powder
1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
In a pint sized jar, mix together water, espresso powder, vanilla and brown sugar sweetener by shaking jar for about 30 seconds.
Add ice and shake again until frothy.
Pour into a larger glass filled 1/3 of the way with ice.
Top with almond milk.
Enjoy!
