Copycat Chipotle Pico de Gallo🍅🧅🌶️

I show how to make a copycat of chipotle's Pico de Gallo. It is really easy to make and comes together in minutes. It is a great zero point, low calorie addition to to things like burrito bowls, burritos, tacos, eggs, etc. Or it is great just to dip with chips!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium Roma Tomatoes, diced

  • 1⁄2 medium Red onion, diced

  • 1⁄4 medium Jalapeño pepper, diced

  • 10 stems Cilantro, remove and chop leaves

  • 1 Lime, juiced

  • 1⁄4 tsp Table salt

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dice up tomatoes, add to medium bowl.

  2. Dice up onion and jalapeno and add.

  3. Remove leaves from the cilantro stems and discard stems. Chop up cilantro leaves, add.

  4. Add tomatoes, onions and jalapeno and cilantro to medium bowl.

  5. Squeeze lime over all ingredients and lightly toss all ingredients together.

  6. Add salt to taste.

  7. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to marry.

  8. Enjoy!
