Easy tasty broccoli pasta that makes a perfect side!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Uncooked whole wheat penne

  • 10 oz Frozen chopped broccoli

  • 1 tsp Olive oil

  • 1⁄2 tsp Minced garlic

  • 1⁄4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes

  • Black pepper and salt to taste

  • 1⁄8 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, boil noodles and broccoli until pasta is tender and broccoli is heated through.

  2. Drain and add back to pot.

  3. Add in remaining ingredients and stir well.

  4. Enjoy!
