Lightened Up Copycat Chuy's Jalapeno Dip

Tasty lightened up copycat Chuy's jalapeno dip!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 2⁄3 cup Hellmann's Light mayonnaise

  • 1⁄2 cup Cilantro

  • 1⁄2 cup Pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped, plus a splash of juice from jar

  • 2 Tbsp Fresh lime juice

  • 1⁄3 cup Avocado

  • 1⁄4 tsp Granulated garlic

  • 1 oz Kroger Party Dip Ranch dip mix

  • For the buttermilk: 1⁄2 cup Plain unsweetened almond milk 1⁄2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. To make your buttermilk, stir together almond milk and lemon juice and let sit for about 5 minutes.

  2. In blender or food processor, puree cilantro and pickled jalapenos with a little juice.

  3. Add in yogurt, mayonnaise, avocado, lime juice, ranch dip packet, and garlic salt.

  4. Blend until well combined.

  5. Add in buttermilk a little at a time to get desired consistency.

  6. Put in airtight container and let sit overnight for best flavor.

  7. Enjoy!
