Lightened Up Air Fryer Garlic Knots

These easy air fryer garlic knots are so good you will never know they are lightened up!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1⁄4 cup Self-rising flour

  • 3⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 1⁄4 tsp Granulated garlic

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 5 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt

  • 2 tsp Minced garlic

  • 2 Tbsp Kraft Grated Parmesan cheese

  • olive oil spray

  • dried parsley for garnishing

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, yogurt and granulated garlic; stir well until just combined and then keep mixing the dough in the bowl with your hands about 1 to 2 minutes.

  2. Remove from bowl and knead an additional 2 minutes until smooth.

  3. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a 10 inch rope.

  4. Cut each rope in half to form 12 shorter ropes.

  5. Tie each rope into a knot, tucking the ends under.

  6. Spritz air fryer with olive oil and add knots in.

  7. Spritz tops of knots with olive oil spray and Air fry at 400F for about 5 minutes, until browned(time vary with air fryer).

  8. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add the melted butter spread, Italian seasoning, and garlic and stir well.

  9. When knots are done, brush them evenly with the butter-garlic mixture.

  10. Sprinkle with parmesan and dried parsley.

  11. To bake:

  12. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Arrange the dough knots on the prepared pan.

  13. Bake until browned, about 12 minutes at 375°F.

  14. Brush with butter spread and top with parmesan and parsley.
