Turkey Swiss & Cranberry Sliders🦃
These Lightened Up WW friendly sliders are one of my favorite ways to use up my Thanksgiving turkey leftovers and cranberry sauce, if I have it. They are so easy to make, delicious and perfect for a WW friendly lunch meal prep.
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
12 rolls Franz Hawaiian rolls
1 pound Cooked turkey breast without skin, chopped
1⁄2 cup Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce, Whole Berry
6 slices Lucerne Thin Slices Natural Swiss cheese slices
1 1⁄2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1⁄2 tsp Everything bagel seasoning blend
1⁄2 tsp Jarred minced garlic
1⁄2 tsp Onion powder
4 Tbsp Land O Lakes Light butter spread with canola oil, melted
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Cut tops off of rolls and place bottoms in a 13X9 pan lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
Top rolls with turkey, cranberry sauce and cheese and cover with tops of rolls.
Mix together remaining ingredients and brush or pour on tops of rolls.
Cover with foil and let set for 10 minutes.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes covered and an additional 5-10 uncovered.
