Turkey Pepperoni Pizzas with Two-Ingredient Dough
Easy 2-Ingredient dough single serve pizzas in the air fryer!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
3⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 1⁄8 cup White self-rising flour, divided
1⁄4 tsp Granulated garlic
3⁄4 cup Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
20 pieces sliced turkey pepperoni
1 cup Homemade marinara sauce
1⁄4 cup Private Selection Smoked blue cheese crumbles
1/4 to 1⁄2 tsp Dried oregano
Crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Place yogurt, granulated garlic and flour in a large bowl; stir until combined and then knead for about 5 minutes.
Cut dough into 4 equal pieces.
Use a rolling pin to roll each piece of dough into a 6-7 inch oval.
Place in your air fryer and spritz with olive oil.
Cook for 2 minutes at 375.
Remove and top each with ¼ c sauce, 3 Tbsp mozzarella cheese, 1 Tbsp bleu cheese and 5 pieces pepperoni.
Sprinkle on dried oregano and red pepper flakes if desired.
Cook about 5 more minutes, until cheese is melted and dough is slightly browned. T
o Bake, Place on prepared baking sheet; bake until dough is beginning to turn lightly golden, about 18 minutes.
Remove and put on toppings, Bake an additional 5 minutes or so.
