Avocado Chicken Salad

Easy tasty twist on chicken salad!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2⁄3 cup Cooked skinless boneless chicken breasts, chopped

  • 1⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 1⁄2 medium Avocado

  • 1 tsp French's Classic yellow mustard

  • 1⁄2 tsp Lemon juice

  • 1⁄4 tsp salt, to taste

  • 1⁄4 tsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend, Salt-Free, Original Blend

  • 1⁄8 tsp Granulated garlic

  • 2 tsp Uncooked scallions, chopped

  • 2 tsp Uncooked red onions, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Add yogurt, avocado, mustard, lemon juice and all seasonings to a bowl and mash and mix together.

  2. Stir in chicken and onions.

  3. I had mine on toast which added 2 points, but this is also good alone or as a dip for fresh veggies or crackers.

  4. Enjoy!
