Avocado Chicken Salad
Easy tasty twist on chicken salad!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2⁄3 cup Cooked skinless boneless chicken breasts, chopped
1⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1⁄2 medium Avocado
1 tsp French's Classic yellow mustard
1⁄2 tsp Lemon juice
1⁄4 tsp salt, to taste
1⁄4 tsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend, Salt-Free, Original Blend
1⁄8 tsp Granulated garlic
2 tsp Uncooked scallions, chopped
2 tsp Uncooked red onions, chopped
Instructions:
Add yogurt, avocado, mustard, lemon juice and all seasonings to a bowl and mash and mix together.
Stir in chicken and onions.
I had mine on toast which added 2 points, but this is also good alone or as a dip for fresh veggies or crackers.
