Quick and easy lunch that the kiddos will love, too!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • One batch of 2 ingredient pizza dough: 1 1/8 cup self rising flour (1 cup for dough, 1/8 cup for kneading) 3/4 cup Nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 8 turkey hot dogs

  • 8 slices of Velveta cheese slices

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour and yogurt together until a dough forms.

  2. Knead dough for about 2-5 minutes.

  3. Cut dough into 8 equal pieces, roll out each piece into a triangular shape.

  4. Place cheese slice and hot dog on widest part of dough and roll up.

  5. Place on a prepared cookie sheet.

  6. Brush beaten egg on dough and sprinkle with the bagel seasoning.

  7. Cook in air fryer at 400 for about 4-5 minutes.

  8. To bake them in the oven, place on a prepared cookie sheet, bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.

  9. Enjoy!
