Peanut Butter and Banana English Muffin

A tasty easy lunch and a great way to use Pbfit!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 english muffin, toasted(Thomas light multigrain)

  • 2 Tbsp PBfit and 1 1/2 Tbsp water (mix together)

  • 1 medium banana

Instructions:

  1. Toast muffin.

  2. Spread peanut butter evenly on each half of muffin.

  3. Slice banana on top.

  4. Enjoy!
