Peanut Butter and Banana English Muffin
A tasty easy lunch and a great way to use Pbfit!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 english muffin, toasted(Thomas light multigrain)
2 Tbsp PBfit and 1 1/2 Tbsp water (mix together)
1 medium banana
Instructions:
Toast muffin.
Spread peanut butter evenly on each half of muffin.
Slice banana on top.
Enjoy!
