Pesto Chicken Salad

A tasty pesto twist on chicken salad!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 1⁄3 cup Pesto sauce

  • 1⁄2 tsp Black pepper

  • 12 oz Cooked shredded chicken breast

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, stir the yogurt, pesto, lemon juice, and black pepper. Add the chicken and stir gently to combine.

  2. Enjoy!
