These tasty Mexican pizzas are easy to put together for a quick lunch! Use whatever toppings you like to customize them to your liking!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 4 corn tortillas

  • 1/2 lb lean ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup fat free refried beans

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp taco seasoning

  • 1/3 cup salsa

  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/4 cup low fat cheese

Instructions:

  1. Bake tortillas about 5-7 minutes at 425.

  2. Cook turkey in a small pan, adding a tsp of taco seasoning and

  3. 1 tsp minced garlic.

  4. In a bowl, mix together beans, salsa and cilantro.

  5. Spread bean mixture on tortillas, top with chicken and then cheese.

  6. Bake until cheese is melted. Top as desired.

  7. Enjoy!
