Lightened Up Tuna Melts

A lightened up version of the classic tuna melt!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 5 1/2 oz can of albacore tuna

  • 2 english muffins (I used Thomas light, multigrain)

  • 2 Tbsp fat free greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese

  • 1 Tbsp relish

  • 4 tomato slices

  • 2-3 Tbsp green onions

  • 1 Tbsp mustard

  • garlic powder to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix together tuna, greek yogurt, relish, mustard, onions and garlic powder together.

  2. Spread evenly on 4 halves of english muffins.

  3. Top with tomato slices and cheese and broil in oven for a couple of minutes until cheese is melted.

  4. Enjoy!
