Crab Salad
Easy and delicious skinny crab salad!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup Hellmann's Light mayonnaise
1⁄2 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning Black pepper
1⁄4 tsp, to taste
1⁄4 cup Uncooked red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Uncooked scallion(s)
1 Tbsp Fresh parsley
2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 cup Kroger Reduced fat 4 cheese Mexican blend finely shredded cheese
64 gm Kroger Ripe sliced olives
16 oz Kroger Crab Select Flake Style Imitation Crab Meat
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add your yogurt, mayo, Old bay, pepper, and lemon juice.
Stir until well combined.
Add in your onions, green onions and parsley, and stir again.
Celery is good in this too! I put in about 1/3 cup when I add it.
Roughly chop your crab and add that in along with the olives and cheese and stir again until well combined.
