Mason Jar Veggie Chickpea Noodle Soup🍲 Homemade Ramen🍜

I tried out a new recipe for this healthier version of ramen! They were so easy to make and tasted great! I think they are even better than the instant ramen version.

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • Dry ramen noodles, 2 packages without flavor packet

  • 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained

  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

  • 8 tsp Wyler's Chicken flavor instant bouillon powder

  • 4 tsp Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan cheese

  • 4 cups Pictsweet Mixed vegetables (carrots corn green beans and peas)

Instructions:

  1. Line up 4 large (3- to 4-cup) mason jars.

  2. Place 2 tsp bouillon powder (or enough for 2 cups broth) in each jar.

  3. Divide noodles, vegetables, chickpeas, oregano, and garlic powder between jars.

  4. Divide cheese between 4 small baggies or 4 storage containers.

  5. Store cheese and soup jars in refrigerator.

  6. Before serving, add 2 cups boiling water to each jar.

  7. Stir and let stand for 3 minutes to cook noodles.

  8. Garnish with cheese.

  9. Enjoy!
