Creamy Alfredo Mac and Cheese
I tried this creamy alfredo mac and cheese that I found on the WW website and loved it!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
12 oz defrosted frozen cauliflower rice
3 tsp minced garlic
1 can fat free evaporated milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Saute cauliflower rice and garlic in pan on med/high heat.
Cook pasta until tender, set aside.
Once cauliflower rice and garlic are heated, add to blender along with milk, salt and pepper and blend until creamy.
Add parmesan and blend again.
Pour over pasta and mix well.
Enjoy!
