Chicken and Cheese Sandwich Pockets

Tasty 2 ingredient dough based sandwhich!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • One batch of 2 ingredient pizza dough:

    • 1 1/8 cup self rising flour (1/8 cup for kneading)

    • 3/4 cup Nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 4 slices of Kraft singles

  • 8 pieces of chicken or turkey lunch meat

  • 16 slices of turkey pepperoni

  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour and yogurt together until a dough forms. Knead dough for about 2-5 minutes.

  2. Cut dough into 4 equal pieces and roll out into rectangular shapes.

  3. Place one piece of cheese, two pieces of lunch meat and 4 slices of pepperoni on bottom half of dough.

  4. Fold over top piece and press down edges.

  5. Use a fork to press and close edges.

  6. Beat egg and brush on tops of sandwich pockets.

  7. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.

  8. Enjoy!
