Chicken and Cheese Rolled Tacos

These tacos are really easy, delicious and come together in minutes!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 8 corn tortillas (6 inch)

  • 1 can (12.5 oz) 98% fat free, white meat chicken, packed in water drained well

  • 1/2 cup salsa

  • 1/3 cup fat-free cheddar cheese shredded

  • 1/4 tsp dry taco seasoning mix

Instructions:

  1. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.

  3. Place tortillas between two damp paper towels and microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, until warm and pliable.

  4. Lightly spray both sides with nonstick spray.

  5. Spoon about 2 heaping tablespoons of filling onto each tortilla.

  6. Spread it evenly across the entire surface and tightly roll up the tortilla.

  7. Secure with toothpicks and place seam side down on prepared baking sheet.

  8. Bake at 375F for 14-16 minutes or until crispy.

  9. Enjoy!
