English Muffin Pizzas

Easy and fun personal size pizzas!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 6 Mulitgrain English muffins

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

  • 6 oz part skim mozzarella

  • 10 slices Canadian bacon

  • 6 slices turkey peperoni

  • pineapple

  • olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Split and place muffins on a cookie sheet and spritz with olive oil.

  2. Bake at 425 for about 5 minutes until they start to crisp up.

  3. Top with about 1 Tbsp of sauce, cheese and toppings and bake at 425 for another 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

  4. Enjoy!
