English Muffin Pizzas
Easy and fun personal size pizzas!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
6 Mulitgrain English muffins
1/2 cup marinara sauce
6 oz part skim mozzarella
10 slices Canadian bacon
6 slices turkey peperoni
pineapple
olive oil
Instructions:
Split and place muffins on a cookie sheet and spritz with olive oil.
Bake at 425 for about 5 minutes until they start to crisp up.
Top with about 1 Tbsp of sauce, cheese and toppings and bake at 425 for another 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
