An easy crockpot white bean pumpkin turkey chili that is perfect for Fall!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 30 oz Kroger Great Northern beans

  • 32 oz Shady Brook Farms 93% lean ground turkey

  • 1 small Onion, chopped

  • 15 oz Canned pumpkin puree

  • 2 cups Chicken broth

  • 4 oz Canned diced green chiles

  • 3 tsp Jarred minced garlic

  • 1 Tbsp Chili powder

  • 1 1⁄2 Tbsp Ground cumin

  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

  • 1⁄4 tsp Table salt

  • 1⁄4 tsp McCormick Pure ground black pepper

  • 3 Bay leaves

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan on medium heat, add turkey and onions and cook until turkey is browned and onions are softened.

  2. Add in garlic, pepper, salt, chili powder, cumin and oregano.

  3. Stir and cook another 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add turkey mixture to crock pot along with remaining ingredients and stir.

  5. Top with bay leaves.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.

  7. Remove bay leaves, stir and serve!

  8. Enjoy!
