BBQ Pizza on 2-Ingredient dough!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 Ingredient pizza dough ( 3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt and 1 cup self rising flour)
10 oz cooked chicken breast
8 oz part skim mozzarella
1/2 cup sugar free BBQ sauce
1/2 cup reduced fat feta
red onion
bell pepper
jalapenos
Instructions:
To make the dough, mix the flour and yogurt together. Knead for about 5 minutes.
Divide into 2 equal balls and roll out to fit pizza pans.
Spritz pizza pans with olive oil and fit dough to pans.
Spritz pizza dough with olive oil and bake at 425 for 5 minutes.
Top each crust with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce.
Top with chicken, mozzarella, veggies, and finally feta.
Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
