Skinny Million Dollar Chicken🍗🧀🥓
This lightened up version of million dollar chicken is low carb and lower in points and calories than the original version but still full of flavor! It is a family friendly recipe that everyone will enjoy!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 pounds Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast
4 oz Neufchatel Cheese (1/3 less fat cream cheese)
1 1⁄2 cup Low fat Finely shredded Mexican four cheese blend
3 oz Crisp cooked bacon (or about 6 pieces)
1⁄2 cup Scallions, chopped
2 Tbsp Hellman's Light Mayonnaise

Instructions:
Spray a 13X9 baking dish with cooking spray and lay your chicken breasts in. I cut my chicken breasts in half.
Cut bacon into small pieces.
In a medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, most of the bacon crumbles (reserving some for garnish), most of the green onion(reserving some for garnish) and 1 cup of the shredded cheese, blend together until combined.
Spread the cheese mixture over the chicken.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered, at 350F, for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165˚F internal temperature)
Garnish with additional bacon and green onions
