Skinny Hamburger Stroganoff Casserole

This recipe for Skinny Hamburger Stroganoff Casserole is Weight Watchers friendly and super easy and delicious! This is a go to recipe for me!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb lean ground beef

  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms

  • 1 lg onion, diced

  • 1/2 cup FF plain Greek yogurt or FF sour cream

  • 1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup dry wine

  • 8 oz uncooked egg noodles

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 2 tsp dijon mustard

  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles.

  2. Brown meat and add mushrooms, onions and garlic, cook till vegetables soften.

  3. Add wine, simmer for a few minutes.

  4. turn off heat, add Worcestershire, dijon, and cream of mushroom soup, stir well.

  5. Add sour cream and noodles, stirl well.

  6. Add mixture to a greased casserole dish and cook at 350 for 25 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
