Skinny Hamburger Stroganoff Casserole
This recipe for Skinny Hamburger Stroganoff Casserole is Weight Watchers friendly and super easy and delicious! This is a go to recipe for me!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 Lb lean ground beef
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 lg onion, diced
1/2 cup FF plain Greek yogurt or FF sour cream
1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup dry wine
8 oz uncooked egg noodles
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp dijon mustard
pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook noodles.
Brown meat and add mushrooms, onions and garlic, cook till vegetables soften.
Add wine, simmer for a few minutes.
turn off heat, add Worcestershire, dijon, and cream of mushroom soup, stir well.
Add sour cream and noodles, stirl well.
Add mixture to a greased casserole dish and cook at 350 for 25 minutes.
