This lightened up Pumpkin Alfredo Tortellini Skillet with sausage is a creamy, delicious one pot meal that comes together quickly!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz Priano Creamy Alfredo sauce

  • 9 oz Priano Tri color three cheese tortellini

  • 13 oz Parkview Turkey Polska kielbasa, chopped

  • 1 medium Onion, chopped

  • 2 tsp Jarred minced garlic

  • 1 cup Chicken broth

  • 1 cup Canned pumpkin puree

  • 1⁄4 tsp Black pepper

  • 1⁄4 tsp Dried marjoram

  • 1⁄4 tsp Dried sage

  • 10 oz fresh Spinach

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan on medium/high heat, add in turkey sausage and onions and cook until onions are softened.

  2. Add 2 tsp garlic in and cook another minute.

  3. Add chicken broth and pumpkin puree and stir together.

  4. Add in black pepper, marjoram and sage and mix well.

  5. Stir in alfredo sauce.

  6. Add in tortellini and stir in.

  7. Cover, turn down heat to low, and let simmer for about 4-5 minutes or until pasta is softened.

  8. Add in spinach and let continue to simmer until wilted.

  9. Enjoy!
