One Skillet Cheesy Kielbasa Rice and Broccoli Skillet
Easy one skillet meal!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
13 oz Parkview Turkey Polska kielbasa
1 medium Uncooked onion, chopped
1 medium Uncooked bell pepper, chopped
14 1⁄2 oz Canned chicken broth
16 oz Frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup Kroger Reduced fat 4 cheese Mexican blend finely shredded cheese
2 tsp Minced garlic
1⁄2 tsp McCormick Pure ground black pepper
3⁄4 cup Uncooked white rice
Instructions:
In a large skillet on med/high heat, add chopped kielbasa, onion and bell pepper and ground black pepper.
Cook until kielbasa is heated through and veggies are softened.
Steam frozen broccoli and set aside.
Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add rice to the skillet and stir in for 1 to 2 more minutes.
Add the chicken broth, stir and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Add the broccoli and cheese and stir in.
Enjoy!
