All the delicious flavors of lasagna in a warm and cozy soup form!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz 93% lean ground turkey

  • 1 medium Uncooked onion, chopped

  • 3 tsp Minced garlic

  • 4 cups Fat free chicken broth

  • 30 oz Hunts Petite Diced Tomatoes

  • 6 oz Canned tomato paste

  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

  • 1 tsp Dried basil

  • 1⁄2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 4 oz Uncooked bow tie pasta

  • 9 oz Chopped frozen spinach

  • 1⁄2 cup Kroger Parmesan Finely Shredded Cheese

  • 1 cup Part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 5 oz Part-skim ricotta cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot on medium/high heat, cook ground turkey and onions until turkey is browned and onions are softened.

  2. Add in garlic and cook a minute or until fragrant.

  3. Add in chicken broth, tomatoes and tomato paste, oregano, Italian seasoning and basil and stir.

  4. Add in spinach and bring to a light boil.

  5. Add in the noodles and cook until the noodles are tender.

  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, ricotta and salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Enjoy!
