Honey Mustard Baked Chicken
Easy delicious honey mustard baked chicken!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 pounds Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(about 3 large breasts)
1⁄4 cup Honey
1⁄4 cup Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener with erythritol(or no calorie/pt sugar substitute of your choice)
2 Tbsp Olive oil
5 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Mustard
1⁄2 tsp Paprika
1⁄4 tsp Table salt
1⁄4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Minced garlic
1 tsp Dried parsley
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 tsp Granulated garlic
Instructions:
Spray a 13X9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Take your chicken breasts and cut them in half, length wise, and place in casserole dish.
In a medium bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir together well.
Pour on top of chicken and spread evenly, making sure to cover all the chicken.
Bake uncovered at 375F for about 25-35 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165F.
